What is K Dollar Program?

K Dollar Program is a unified loyalty program jointly collaborated between New World Group and Chow Tai Fook allowing K Dollar Program member to earn K Dollars with eligible transactions whenever you shop and dine at over 600 participating merchants in town. K Dollar Program member can spend K Dollars as instant cash for the next transaction.

How to register for K Dollar Program?

Go to K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/), click “Register” on the top right hand corner and follow the steps to complete account registration. Or register via Partners’ app, including KLUB 11/ DP Club/ New World CLUB/ Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme.

What is the minimum age to register in the K Dollar Program?

Must be aged 12 or above.

Do I need to pay the charge to join K Dollar Program?

K Dollar Program is completely free to K Dollar Program member.

Can I still join K Dollar Program if I don’t have a smartphone or can’t access to internet?

K Dollar Program only provides e-membership card, as such, members are required to use smartphone or access to internet to join K Dollar Program.

Where can I find my K Dollar Program Membership ID?

You can log in to your account in K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/), click “profile icon” on the top right hand corner. Your member ID will be shown under your name in the pop-up screen.
Or you can find it via Partners’ app, including “K11 HK”, “DP Club”, “Artisanal Living”, “Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme”.

Can I register a joint account or account to share with my family?

No. We don’t have joint account.

How can I update email address or other personal details?

You can log in to your account via K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/), click “profile icon” on the top right hand corner, click “My Profile” and then “Edit My Profile” to edit your email address or personal details.

Please note that name, date of birth and mobile number cannot be edited by member, you are advised to contact K Dollar Program hotline +852 38923998 for further assistance.

How can I update password?

You can log in to your account in K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/), click “profile icon” on the top right hand corner, click “My Profile” and then “Edit My Profile”, select “Change password” to follow the steps to reset your password.

How to reset if I forget password?

Follow log-in step in K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/), click “Forget password” under log-in button and follow the steps to reset your password.

What should I do if I don’t receive “reset password” email?

What is one time password (OTP)?

When member log in to K Dollar Program account, system will send OTP to your mobile which is only valid for a single log-in in order to keep your account more secured.

Where can I earn K Dollars?

You can earn K Dollars by shopping, spending or dining in Participating Partners and Merchants. List of Participating Partners and Merchants may be updated from time to time, please refer to K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/merchant/) for more details.

How to earn K Dollars?

You shall inform the staff of Participating Partners and Merchants about your wish to earn K Dollars. Please show your K Dollar Program membership for the staff to proceed further. Participating Partners and Merchants may carry different terms and conditions of earning K Dollar, for details, please refer to K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/), or contact respective partners or merchants.

Can I register my K Dollar if I forget to earn K Dollar at Participating Partners or Merchants at time of purchase?

If you wish to earn K Dollar, K Dollar Program member needs to present valid e-membership card or ID at time of purchase or participation of campaign at Participating Partners or Merchants. If member forgets to do so but request to earn afterwards, please contact Participating Partners or Merchants directly to make the request.

Please note that members are required to follow terms and conditions of the spending or campaign, subject to the decision of Participating Partners or Merchants.

How much K Dollars can I earn?

How long will K Dollars be credited to my account?

It may be up to 60 days for processing after your transaction/activity. If you haven’t received K Dollars after 60 days, please contact Participating Partners or Merchants for details.

Any limitation on the registration of my transaction?

How can I seek for further assistance if my registration of the transaction is fail?

What is conversion rate of K Dollar?

In general, 250 Points are equivalent to 1 K Dollar and can be used as HK$1 instant cash at Participating Partners and Merchants in Hong Kong.

Is there any spending maximum cap for K Dollar?

A minimum of 10 K Dollars must be used in a single transaction, while there is no maximum cap for now. Participating Partners and Merchants may carry different terms and conditions of using K Dollar, for details, please refer to K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/), or contact respective partners or merchants.

How to use K Dollars?

Simply follow the below steps:

  1. Inform staff of Participating Partners and Merchants about the wish to use K Dollars
  2. Login to your membership account via “K11 HK” / “DP Club” / “Artisanal Living” / “Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme” App or K Dollar Program website
  3. Select ‘Use K Dollars’, key in the exact amount and press ‘Pay Now’, and a QR code representing the spending amount of K Dollars will be generated
  4. Present the QR code to the staff of Participating Partners and Merchants to scan
  5. After successful scanning, the spending amount of K Dollars will be deducted immediately
  6. After the transaction is completed, the transaction record of K Dollars can be checked in the account

Is there any usage time limit of K Dollars?

The QR code to use K Dollars will be expired in 60 seconds. If the QR code has not been scanned and is expired, member can re-generate a QR code. If the QR code is not scanned within 60 seconds, K Dollars will not be deducted.

Can K Dollars be stored after conversion?

K Dollars must be used right after conversion and cannot be stored in K Dollar Program account for later use.

Can the converted K Dollars be refunded?

The QR code representing the converted K Dollars must be successfully scanned by Participating Partners and Merchants to complete the payment made by K Dollars. Therefore, K Dollars which are converted but the QR Code has not been scanned successfully will be automatically resumed.

Can I earn and / or use K Dollars outside Hong Kong?

No. Earning K Dollars is only applicable in Hong Kong in current K Dollar Program.

Is there any expiry date to K Dollars? How to calculate the expiry date?

The expiry date of K Dollars from regular earning is set on 31 Mar/30 Jun/30 Sep/31 Dec, i.e. the last date of each quarter. After spending in Participating Partners or Merchant, K Dollar Program member are entitled to at least 12 months’ validity of regular earning of K Dollars from the date of point crediting. The expiry date of bonus K Dollars may depend on Participating Partners or Merchants, in accordance to their terms and conditions.

Is there any notification to remind my K Dollars expiry date?

We will send the notification email to remind members about the expiring K Dollars in the upcoming quarter. Since the expired K Dollars cannot be extended and reinstated, members are advised to log in to your account in K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/) and check the details of K Dollars regularly.

Can I register my eligible spending to another person’s K Dollar Program account?

No. K Dollars shall only be earned by the member who made the purchase / completed the activities.

If I need to refund my transaction, can I still keep my earned K Dollars?

No. K Dollars will be reverted upon refund.

How can I check K Dollars transaction history?

You can log in to your account via K Dollar Program website (https://hk.krewards.com/), click “Profile logo” on the top right of the website then click “K Dollar History” to check K Dollar details.

Can I transfer my K Dollars?

No. K Dollars are not transferrable.

Can I purchase K Dollars?

No. K Dollars cannot be purchased directly.

Can I convert K Dollars into cash?

No. K Dollars can only be spent at Participating Partners and Merchants and cannot be converted to cash.
