Redemption Guide
1. Download and open “Shell Hong Kong & Macau” App ( Android | IOS | Huawei )
2. Log in Shell GO+ account
3. Click "Redeem" to convert K Dollar
4. Receive K Dollar redemption link via SMS within 14 working days
5. Collect K Dollars instantly by clicking the redemption link
Terms and Conditions
- K Dollar Program (“KDP”) members are required to redeem the K Dollar by clicking through designated redemption link within the validity period.
- K Dollar redemption link will be sent via SMS to the mobile number registered on Shell of the Shell member within 14 working days upon successful redemption.
- K Dollar rewards collected by KDP members using the redemption link will be credited to the valid KDP membership account of the KDP member.
- The K Dollar reward collected will be expired in the nearest quarter end date 12 months after the date of K Dollar crediting.
- This redemption link will not be reissued if it is overdue, lost, stolen or damaged.
- Missions Points Network Company Limited (“MPNCL”) and Shell International Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the offer(s) without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, MPNCL and Shell International Limited reserve the right of final decision.
- The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
