Promotion period and eligible participants

1. The Promotion is valid from 12 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for earning K Dollars under this Promotion, a participant of this Promotion must be a member of the K Dollar Program (“KDP”) (a loyalty program operated by Missions Points Network Company Limited (“MPNCL”))

Details of Promotion

1. During the Promotion Period, a participant may earn K Dollars by:-
   (a) making an eligible booking at the designated Trip.com x K Dollar Program promotion page (https://hk.trip.com/sale/w/6161/k-dollar.html?locale=en-HK&curr=hkd&allianceid=4117093&sid=35100955 ) (the “Eligible Booking(s)”) for:-
   (i) designated room types of designated hotels (“Hotel Bookings”); and/or
   (ii) other travel products, including international flight tickets (excluding child and infant tickets, domestic flight tickets within Mainland China, taxes and surcharges), local experience attraction/activity tickets, dining, car rental/airport transfers and train tickets (“Other Travel Products”); and
   (b) actually used/utilized the transactions/bookings in paragraph 3(a)(i) and/or (ii) (as the case may be) (“Utilized Transaction”).
   The earning of K Dollars under this Promotion is calculated as follows:-
2. (a) 1 K Dollar for every cumulative HK$50 spending on Hotel Bookings, excluding any amount paid by the use of coupons and/or Trip Coins and/or any amounts which are not applicable as determined by Trip.com (Equivalent to earn 0.02 K Dollars for each HK$1 spent)
   (b) 1 K Dollar for every cumulative HK$250 spending on Other Travel Products, excluding any amount paid by the use of coupons and/or Trip Coins and/or any amounts which are not applicable as determined by Trip.com (Equivalent to earn 0.004 K Dollars for each HK$1 spent)
3. K Dollars will not be earned in the event of any refund, cancellation, or no-show of the Eligible Bookings.
4. K Dollars will be credited to the valid KDP membership account of the KDP member around 90-120 days after completion of the Utilized Transaction.
5. K Dollars will be credited to the account of the KDP members in the form of K Points. The K Dollars credited are valid until the nearest quarter end date (i.e. March/June/September/December) 12 months after the date of such K Dollar rewards crediting.
6. If KDP member settles payment in a foreign currency, the exchange rate used for calculating the number of K Dollar reward the member can earn is determined by the Trip.com.
7. The Eligible Bookings made by a KDP member will only be eligible for K Dollar crediting by one KDP membership account. The K Dollars earned by KDP members cannot be split between two or more KDP membership accounts for the same purchase(s) or booking(s).
8. For the avoidance of doubt, K Dollars will only be credited to the account of the KDP member who made the Eligible Bookings and cannot be transferred to other KDP members (whether or not they are companions of the journey).
9. K Dollars cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts or other privileges.
10. Any participants in the Promotion shall waive all his/her rights and interests, if any, of any natures to pursue against MPNCL.
11. The personal data of a participant under this Promotion may be collected by Trip.com and shared with the related partners (including MPNCL) for the purpose of redemption and calculation of the K Dollar.
12. The cancellation and pre-payment policy of the hotels may differ depending on the hotel and the room type. Please refer to the booking policies of the hotel during booking for the details.
13. Trip.com and MPNCL are not liable for and will not indemnify the participants for the failure of using any promotion codes, or if the promotion code is invalid or cancelled or fails to be used (whether due to technical factors or not); and any other possible reasons.
14. Trip.com and MPNCL have the right to suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
15. Trip.com and MPNCL reserve the rights to amend or revise the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
16. Trip.com and MPNCL reserve the rights for final decision in case of disputes arising out of this Promotion.

18. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
