Romanova Bakery
Romanova Bakery specialises in the honey cake Medovik, an Eastern European delicacy originated from 19th-century Russia. The dessert was popularised by Empress Elizaveta Aleksveena, who fell in love with it despite her usual dislike of honey cakes. The bakery recreates this traditional confectionery for Hong Kong customers, using all-natural, high-quality ingredients and following traditional recipes.
