Having studied at the cradle of modern desserts — Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School in Paris — AW has always loved the smell of freshly-baked pastries. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she has dedicated her craft to create and recreate the unmistakable flavour of Hong Kong and its irresistibly fragrant smell.
