Established by Leo and Elly, two siblings who share a passion for baking, Blue Bird Travel is a Taiwanese pastry brand inspired by the romance of French fairytale 'L'Oiseau Bleu', or 'The Blue Bird', echoing the siblings' passion for exquisite taste, love and courage to conquer anything. The duo's love of egg rolls was what kickstarted their extensive baking journey, experimenting with stellar signature ingredients found from across the world to offer "100 Tastes" of Taiwanese Egg Rolls from around the globe.
