A. Base Program

1. Effective 6 May 2024 and until further notice, customers who have successfully purchased the following products via K Dollar Application will earn 1 K Dollar for every cumulative HK$250 spent.
   •    HOMECARE EXTRA
   •    DOMESTIC HELPER EXTRA
   •    TRAVELSMILES – SINGLE TRIP
   •    TRAVELSMILES – ANNUAL
   •    PRIVATE CAR

Other promotional events may apply during this period replacing the Base Program with higher rewards. This mainly applies to seasonal and flash promotions for specific products (see B. Seasonal & Flash Promotions if applicable).

B. Seasonal & Flash Promotions

1. Promotional period is from 6 May 2024 to 31 August 2024 (both dates inclusive).
2. Promotional products – TRAVELSMILES – SINGLE TRIP / TRAVESMILES – ANNUAL. Customers who have successfully purchased via K Dollar Application during the promotional period will earn the following spending rewards:
   •    TRAVELSMILES – SINGLE TRIP / ANNUAL: Earn 10 % of net premium’s^ K Dollar spending rebate
   ^Net of discounts and Insurance Authority’s levies
   For the avoidance of doubt, each qualifying policy application should entitle the offer once only.

C. General Terms and Conditions

1. K Dollar Program (“KDP”) members shall scan the QR Code in the policy confirmation email to redeem corresponding K Dollar rewards within the Validity Period (within 1 year from QR Code email issue date).
2. K Dollar rewards redeemed by KDP members using the corresponding QR Code will be credited to the valid KDP membership account of the KDP member.
3. Each K Dollar QR Code is personal to the eligible KDP member and can only be used to redeem the K Dollar rewards once by the KDP member. The K Dollars reward cannot be split between two or more KDP membership accounts for the same application of the promotional product.
4. The K Dollars credited are valid until the nearest quarter end date (i.e. March/June/September/December) 12 months after the date of such K Dollar rewards being credited.
5. QR Code will not be reissued if it is overdue, lost, stolen or damaged.
6. This promotion offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
7. K Dollar Program terms and conditions apply.
8. The promotion offer is non-transferable to other policies and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash in any event.
9. The promotion offer is only applicable to new online application(s) of the promotional product and not applicable to renewal policies.
10. The promotional product new policy must be kept-in-force during the insured period. If the policy is terminated or cancelled before the end of the insured period, K Dollars will be canceled at any time without any prior notice.
11. If customers do not wish to participate in the promotion offer, please inform Concord by email to cs@concordinsurance.com.hk.
12. Customers enrolled in the promotion offer will serve as their consent to agree and accept all relevant terms and conditions.
13. The details of insurance products and other relevant information listed above are for reference only. They do not constitute any contract or any part thereof between Concord and any other parties. For details of relevant terms and conditions of any insurance product, please refer to policy documents.
14. In case of any inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

16. In case of disputes, Concord reserves the rights to suspend, terminate or change the details of the promotion offer and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
